Professional Consulting Services & Payments

Consulting Agreements: Formal agricultural and soil health consulting services are governed by a separate, signed Client Consulting Agreement between KRIS Systems LLC and the client. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed client contract, the signed client contract shall prevail.
Payment Terms: Fees for digital resources, consulting retainers, or services are due as outlined in individual invoices or checkout pages. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
